Total number of tickets that are divisible by 3 = 12 i.e (36/3)

Total number which are perfect square = 6 i.e (1,4,9,16,25,36)

Common multiple = 2 i.e(9 and 36)

So total number of possible events= 12+6-2= 16

So the probability =16/36= 4/9
