A box contains 90 dices which are numbered 1 to 90 of one dice is drawn at random from box, find
probability of
(i) a one-digit numbers
(ii) a perfect square numbers
(iii) a prime number less than 50​

i)one digit no lies from 1 to 9 . so,there are 9 one digit no

probability =no of outcomes /Total

=9/90

=1/10

ii)the squares of numbers 1 to 9 only come under 90.so,

probability =no of outcomes /Total

=9/90

=1/10

iii)number of prime no below 50 is 15 .so,

probability =no of outcomes /Total

=15/50

=3/10.
