Given:

A box contains a cylinder and a cube.

Height of cylinder = 7cm.

Radius of cylinder = 14cm.

To Find:

The side of the cube.

Solution:

Given that the cubical box is half the radius of the cylinder.

The radius of cylinder = 14cm.

So,

The side of the cube = Radius of cylinder / 2.

The side of the cube = 14cm / 2.

The side of the cube = 7cm.

Hence, the side of the cube is 7cm.
