A box contains some 20 paise and 50 paise coins.The amount of money in the box is rupees 6.If the number of 20 paise coins is doubled and 50 paise coins be tripled,the amount of money in the box will be rupees 15.Find the number of type of each coins.

Let the no. of 20paise coin be ‘x’        

And let the no. of 50paise coin be ‘y’

Now ATQ

20x+50y=6.    Eq 1

And

40x+150y=15.   Eq 2
