A box is 2.3 kg. Two coins of masses 20.15 g and 20.171 g are aded to the box. What is a) Total mass of box ( in kg) b) Difference in masses of coin to correct significant figures​

mass of two coins,

coin 1= 20.15 gram

coin 2=20,171 gram

total mass of two coins =20.15 + 20.171

=40.321

but with proper significant figures

total mass of con= 40.32g=0.04032 kg

total mass=2.3 + 0.04032

=2.34032

with proper significant figures

ans = 2.3

difference in masses of coin

=20.171 - 20.15

=0.021

but by proper significant figures

difference =~0
