A box made of sheet metal costs Rs 1620 at Rs 30 per square metre.if the box is 5 m long and 3m wide,find its height

cost of 1 m square is Rs.30. ............... (1)
cost of x m square is Rs. 1620. ................. (2)
Dividing (2) by (1)
$\frac{x \: {m}^{2} }{1 \: {m}^{2} } = \frac{1620}{30} = 54 \\ total \: surface \: area \: 54 {m}^{2} \\ also \: it \: is \: 2(lb + bh + lh) \\ 2(lb + bh + lh) = 54 \\ 2(5 \times 3 + 3h + 5h) = 54 \\ 30 + 16h = 54 \\ 16h = 24 \\ h = \frac{24}{16} = \frac{3}{2} = 1.5 \: m$
