Answer:

hey mate your answer

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that

Area of steel metal = Total cost / Cost per m2

By substituting values

Area of sheet metal =1206480

So we get

Area of sheet metal =54 m2

So we get

Area of sheet metal =2(1b+bh+h1)

54=2(5×3+3×h+h×5)

On further calculation

27=15+3h+5h

So we get

8h=12

By division

h=1.5m

Therefore, the height of sheet metal is 1.5m

hope it helps you

 \red{\mathfrak{Solution}}

Here,

Rs. 30 is the cost of 1m² of Box

Hence, Rs. 1620 is the cost of = \bold{\dfrac{1620}{30}} = 54m²

So, the total surface area of the box is 54m²

we, know that

 \boxed{\rm Total \: surface \: area = 2(lb + bh + hl)}

where,

  • Length, l = 5m
  • Breadth, b = 3m
  • Total surface Area = 54m²

So,

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm Total \: surface \: area = 2(lb + bh + hl)}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 54 = 2 \bigg((5)(3) + (3)h + h(5) \bigg)}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 54 = 2 \bigg(15 + 3h + 5h \bigg)}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 54 = 2 \bigg(15 + 8h \bigg)}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 54 = 30 + 16h}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 54 - 30 =16h}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm 24 =16h}

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm h =  \dfrac{24}{16} = 1.5m }

 \dashrightarrow \pink{\rm h = 1.5m }

Hence, Height of the box will be 1.5m
