A boy and a girl are sitting on a bark. "I am a boy," says the person with brown hair. "I am a girl," says the person with black hair. If at least one of them is lying, who is boy and who is girl?

the colour of hair is irreverent

If one said lie there would be 2 boys or 2 girls. but there was 1 boy and 1 girl.

hence both said lie.

so the person who said that he is a boy is a girl and he who said that he is a girl is a boy.

Answer: The brown coloured hair person is a girl and the black coloured hair person is a girl.

Explanation:

It is evident from the conversation given above that one person has a black another brown hair. Also one is a girl and other is a boy. And at least one will lie, so, let us suppose the person with black hair is lying and the person with brown hair is not. So, we come to the conclusion that both the people are boys, which is not true. This leaves us with only one option that both are lying and, so, the conclusion the brown coloured hair person is a girl and the black coloured hair person is a girl.
