to find : distance between PC

tan 30°= AB÷12

1 / root 3 = AB/ 12

AB = 4 root 3

Let BC = x m

tan60° = AB/x

root3 = AB/ x

x = AB / root3 ----------- (1)

Evaluate the value of AB IN eq. 1

x = 4

The distance between PC is (12 - x )

= 12 - 4

= 8 m
