A boy begins to walk eastward along a straight road from his house. He covers 20 m in 5 mins and then he turns towards west and covers 20 m in 15 mins. His average velocity for whole time interval in equal to (in m/min)

Total distance covered = 20m + 20m

Total time taken = 20 minutes

Average velocity = 40 meters / 20 minutes
