Step-by-step explanation:

C.P. of 1 apple =Rs. 9/9=1

S.P. of 11 apples=Rs.12

∴ S.P. of 1 apple=Rs.

11

12

=Rs.1.09

∴ C.P. of 11 apples=Rs.1.06×11

C.P.=Rs.11.66

S.P. of 11 apples=Rs.12

∴gain=S.P.−C.P.

Gain =12−11.66

Gain =0.34

Gain%= Gain /CP ×100

=

0.38

11.66×100

Gain%=2.91%.
