A boy can throw a stone to maximum height of 10m. Find distance travelled by stone when it is thrown parabolically.​

You have to remember the fact that in oblique projectiles, the maximum range is obtained only when the object is thrown at 45°.

Considering this fact, first find the velocity with which the boy throws the ball vertically upwards.

Then use the velocity data to obtain the range of the projectile.
