let the no. of correct answers be x.
no. of wrong answers will be 24-x

atq,
3x-2(24-x) = 37
3x - 48+2x = 37
5x = 85
x = 17
therefore no. of corrext answers is equal to 17

Let the no. Of correct answers be X then incorrect answers will be 24-x

3x-2(24-x)=37

3x-48+2x=37

5x=37+48

5x=85

X=85/5

X=17
