A boy got following marks out of 90 in 5 subjects: 56, 53, 65, 74, 78. If all the marks are printed in reverse order due to mistake for ex. 65 is printed as 56, then the difference in true and appeared percentage would be

fake percentage = (56+53+65+74+78/450)×100

=72.44%

original percentage =(65+35+56+47+87/450)×100

=64.44%

P(original marks) < P(fake marks)

therefore, original percentage is smaller than fake percentage by :- (72.44%)-(64.44%)

=8%
