A boy has a thread of length 50 cm with him and he wants to make a border around a polygonal shape . He has some shape in his mind. Q.1. For which design the thread will exactly cover the border of the polygon.

It can be either Pentagon (5-sided polygon) or Decagon ( ten-sided polygon).

Because, in either case the thread will be divided equally.

In first case (Pentagon),

50cm will be equally divided into 5 sides-

50cm = 10cm \times 5

In second case (Decagon),

50 cm will be equally divided into 10 sides-

50cm = 5cm \times 10
