A boy in an apartment sees a ball going up and going vertically downthrough a window of 2 m for 0.5 sec. What is the height travelled by ball above window​

the velocity of the ball at window coming from down is equal to the velocity of ball at window equal s coming down from highest point.

velocity from highest point=g*t=10*t.

here t=0.5/2=0.25

because the velocities are same then we can say that 0.5s is time of flight

hence;

h=2+(10*0.25)

=2+2.5

4.5
