So:

80 % of 'X'= 120

(80÷100) × X= 120 [ 80 is divided by hundred as percent is there and it is multiplied by X]

So 0.8 × X= 120 [ It's 0.8 as 80 is divided by 100]

X= 120 ÷0.8

X=150

Therefore the full growth of the boy is 150 cm.
