A boy is moving in a circle of diameter 5 m calculate the distance covered the displacement when he complete 4 revolutions​

distance of an object is moving in a circular path gonna be equal to the circumference of a circle.

radius = diameter / 2

distance ( in circular path ) = 2πr

2 X 22/7 X 5/2

= 15.71 m

now, since the boy is taking 4 revolutions, we gonna multiply 4 to the circumference:-

After 4 revolution distance: 4 x 15.71 m

= 62.84 m

displacement will be 0 (zero) since the initial and final position will be the same.
