A boy is running around a rectangular ground . The length of this ground is 150 m and breadth is100 m . How much time will he take to have four rounds of the ground at a speed of 10 km per hour

perimeter of rectangular ground= 2(L+B)

                                                      =2(150+100)

                                                      =2(250)

                                                      =500m

the boy took 4 rounds so distance travelled= 4*500m

                                                        =2000m

2000m = 2 kilometre

he travels 10km in 1hour

so time taken by him to travel=2*1/10

                                   =1/5 hour= 1/5*60

                                   =12 minutes
