Since the boy is walking around a circular path, we need to find the length of the circular path (or the circumference )

∴ Circumference= 2πr^{2}

                           = (2X\frac{22}{7}X28)m\\=176m

When the boy completes 2 rounds, the distance covered becomes= 2*176m

                                                                                                                = 352m

In a circular path you return to the starting point, i.e., the same point where you have started the journey. Therefore the displacement in this case becomes 0
