Time taken =Distance covered/speed =1 km/(10m/min) =1000 m/(10m/min) =100 min=6000 seconds .

ridhi2006: i think its incorrect
ridhi2006: why have you done it in seconds ???

Answer:

1 hour 40 min

Explanation:

We have, speed = 10 m/min

Distance to be covered = 1 km.

First,we have convert distance into m.

That is,1 km = 1000 m

Time = Distance travelled|speed

= 1000 m|10 m/min = 100 min

= 1 hour 40 min.
