A boy makes a diagram of a plane to scale of 1/400 of actual size. If the diagram of the plane is 9.6 inches in length. What is the length, in feet, of the plane?

The plane will be 400 times smaller than real on the paper.
length of plane on paper=9.6 inches
length of plane in real=9.6*400 inches=3840
1 feet=12inches
length of plane in real in feet=3840/12
=320 feet
