A boy makes a ruler with graduations in c.m. on it . To what accuracy this ruler can measure ? How can this accuracy be increased .

He can make more accurate with milli meter markings. That is each centimeter is to be divided by 10 markings so that each division b ecome 1 milli meter. hope it will help you thank you
