Explanation:

After doing all the process he will return to the same point. Displacement is zero

Answer:

0

Explanation:

a boy moves 10m 30 degree N OF E, 10 M DUE SOUTH AND THEN 10M 30 N OF W FIND THE DISPLACEMENT

Let say He is at origin (0,0)

moves 10m 30 degree N OF E,

=> 10Cos30 = 5√3 m Towards East

& 10Sin30 = 5 m Towards North

he is (5 m N  &  5√3 m E)

Then 10 m south =  -10 m North

=> he is (5  -10) m N  &  5√3 m E

=> - 5 m N  &  5√3 m E

=> 5 m S & 5√3 m E

Then 10M 30 N OF W

=> 10 Sin30 = 5 m North   & 10Cos30 = 5√3 m West

=> - 5 m S & - 5√3 m E

he is at (5 - 5) S  & (5√3 -  - 5√3 ) E

=> 0 m S & 0 m E

=> He is back to origin

=> Displacement = 0
