S=20*25=500cm=5m
t=20s
F=mg=45*9.8
power=45*9.8*5/20
=45*4.9/2
=110.25W

Answer:

i) The rate of doing work is known as Power

ii) Power used in climbing = 112.5W

Explanation:

Given:

m=45kg

g = 10 m/s

h=20 × 25 = 500cm ⇒5m

t=20s

Solution:

We know that Work = mgh

and Power =Work/Time

⇒ Work = 45 × 10 × 5 = 2250J

⇒Power = 2250J/ 20s ⇒ 112.5W

Hope this Helps!
