Power=work done / Time
Here workdone in moving up the stairs will be mgh.
Now h will be 40 multiply by 15 = 600m

Time is 8s.

Substitute the values of m, g, h, T to get power..

Hope you get your answer.

\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Given:

Mass = 50 kg

Number of steps = 40

Time = 8 seconds

Height of each step = 15 cm

=》 \frac{15}{100}\\

=》 \frac{3}{20}\\

Power = \frac{Work}{Time}\\

Work = Force × Displacement

Force = Mass × Acceleration due to gravity

Displacement = 40 × \frac{3}{20}\\

=》 \textbf{6 m}

Power = \frac{mg\times s}{t}\\

=》 \frac{50 \times 10 \times 6}{8}\\

=》 {375 W}

Power = 375 Watt

Hope it Helps!! :)
