A boy of mass 500g is resting on a frictionless table. calculate the acceleration of the body when acted upon by a force of 0.1N​

Mass = 500g or 0.5kg

Force = 0.1N

We know,

Force = Mass× Acceleration

0.1 = 0.5× a

a = 0.1/0.5 = 1/5 = 0.2

So,the body is moving with an acceleration of 0.2m/s²

(Also, Since the surface is frictionless we do not have to include friction formulae and stuff)
