a boy pushing a truck uses his energy to do this work but the truck donot move at all can you still say that boy is doing work ?why?​

The boy is not doing any mechanical work. ... Hence there is no mechanical work done. However, biologically, the boy uses energy which is transferred to the truck but is insufficient to have some work done.
