Answer:

c

Explanation:

distance = 2×2×22/7×7

=88

displacement = 88-88=0

Answer:

Option (c) 88m distance and zero displacement .

Explanation:

Given , a boy running around a circular track of radius = 7m

He completed  two rounds of the circle track .

Circumference of a circle =  2\pi r

From the question we have radius = 7m

So , circumference of a circle with radius 7m = 2\pi r = 2\pi (7)

⇒ Circumference = 43.96m= 44.96m

But the boy makes two rounds of around  the circle tracks

Therefore , distance = 2 × 44 = 88m

And as we know the separation between the end and starting positions is known as the displacement. The final location of the he makes two full circuits around the track, therefore their displacement is zero because they finish at the starting spot.

Hence , total distance he covered is 88 m and the displacement is zero .
