HEY FRIEND HERE YOUR ANSWER

The boy takes 1 second to cover 8 m.

Let us see how many 8 meter - stretches are there in 1 km. 1 km = 1000 m so it has 1000/8 = 125, (8 m- stretches).

So the boy takes 125 seconds of 2 min and 5 seconds to run 1 km.

Here,

8 m is covered on 1 sec [ given ]

1 km = 1000 m

So 1 m is covered in 1/8 sec

So 1000 m is covered in ( 1/8 × 1000 ) sec = 125 sec = 2 min 5 sec.

Therefore the boy takes 2 mins and 5 secs to cover the distance of 1km.

Hope this helps you friend ✌✌✌
