if he spends 1/4 of his money on shoes then it is 1/4*2/400=1/800
but if he spends 1/4 of "remaining money" then remaining amount is
2/400*(1-3/5) = 2/400*2/5 = 1/500
amount spent on shoes is 1/4*1/500= 1/2000
if he spends 1/4 of his money on shoes then it is 1/4*2/400=1/800
but if he spends 1/4 of "remaining money" then remaining amount is
2/400*(1-3/5) = 2/400*2/5 = 1/500
amount spent on shoes is 1/4*1/500= 1/2000
