A boy standing in front of a plane mirror. the boys start walking towards the mirror with velocity 2 metre per second find the velocity of the image with respect to the boy. give proper explanation ​

# Some important point you should know

1. Plane mirror act as mid line between object and image

2. Image will be of same size as object

#3. If object is moving , then image will also move , with same speed ( but in opposite direction )

=> speed of boy ( Vb ) = 2m/s

=> Speed of image ( Vi ) = - 2 m/s ( as it is in opposite direction )

=> So speed of image with respect to boy

=> V = Vb - Vi

=> V = 2 - ( - 2 )

=> V = 2 + 2

=> V = 4 m/s

So speed of image with respect to boy will be 4 m/s in direction opposite direction..
