the distance traveled by boy = 6+8=14m
displacement of boy = 6²+8²=36+64 =
√100 =10 m
so displacement of the boy is 10 m North East

∆The total distance travelled 14 m and the displacement is root of 6 square and 8 square
then answer is root of 100 and displacement is 10m.
