Number of steps= 20
Distance of each step =16cm
Time=20s
therefore, total height =20*16=3200cm
=3200/100=32m
We know,
work=mxgxh
=40*10*32
= 12800 J
therefore power= work/ time
=12800/20
=640 W (watt)
