If the brick is kept by it's length.
Then ,
the base area = 30cm = 0.3m
and force = 24N
Hence, the pressure = 24/0.3 = 80pa.
(as pressure = force/ area)
Similarly,
When it's kept by it's width
then, pressure = 24 / 0.1 = 240pa
and this would the same pressure when it's kept by it's thickness as both are same.
Then ,
the base area = 30cm = 0.3m
and force = 24N
Hence, the pressure = 24/0.3 = 80pa.
(as pressure = force/ area)
Similarly,
When it's kept by it's width
then, pressure = 24 / 0.1 = 240pa
and this would the same pressure when it's kept by it's thickness as both are same.

Answer:
Converting the units from cm to m, we have the dimensions as-
0.32 m
0.1 m
0.1 m
Area in contact with ground = 0.32 x 0.1 = 0.032 m²
We know that, Pressure = Force/Area
24/0.032 = 750 N/m² = 500Pa
