A brick is 30cm long, 10cm wide, and 10cm thick. It weighs 24 n and Is lying on the ground. Find the pressure exerted by the brick on the ground..... I want this asap

If the brick is kept by it's length. Hence, the pressure = 24/0.3 = 80pa. and this would the same pressure when it's kept by it's thickness as both are same.

Area=30cm=0.3m
10cm=0.1m
0.1x0.3=0.03m2
Pressure=Force/Area
=24/0.03
=24/3/100
=24x100/3
=2400/3
=800Pa
