Let the weight of brick be x.

According to the question,

3/4 x + 3/4kg = x

3/4 * 1000 g = 1/4x

750 g = 1/4 x

750 * 4 = x

3000 g = x.

x = 3 kg .

The weight of brick is 3 kg
