first we change sisters height in m

so 1m = 100 cm

98cm = 98/100

           = .98 m

Difference between their heights in metres is 1.64 - 0.98

                                                                            =  0.66 m

then we convert brothers height in cm

1 m = 100 cm

1.64m = 1.64*100= 164 cm

difference between their heights in centimetres  is 164 - 98

                                                                                      = 66cm
