Many many things. I will give you a few examples which will tell you the difference.
In a shounen manga and anime, the main character gets very angry and he becomes so strong just by screaming, he is able to make the planet tremble and shake. In real life when you scream that loud all you will get is a chappal to the face or you may just fart at the same time as the sound of you screaming will mask the other sound.
There are artifacts like a fruit that grants you super natural powers, a set of golden balls that will grant you any wish or a bullet that let's you be reborn as an unstoppable Force. In reality, if such things were to exist, I am pretty sure the world would be in chaos right now.
