20 litres = 100 % of water.
20/100 = 1% of water.
1% of water = 0.2 litres.

35% = 35× 0.2 = 7 litres.

to make the bucket full by 65% ,
we need to add 65 - 35 = 30% of water more.

30% = 30× 0.2 = 6 litres.

so, to make the bucket filled by 65% of water, we must put 6 litres of water.

thus, 65 % of water in bucket = 6l + 7l = 13l.

hope it helps;
thank you.

Solutions :-

We have,
100% = 20 litres
1% = 20/100 = 0.2 litres

Find the 35% of water :-

1 % = 0.2 litres
35 % = 0.2 × 35 = 7 litres

Find the 65% of water :-

1% = 0.2 litres
65 % = 0.2 × 65 = 13 litres

Find how many litres of water must be put
into it so that it 65% full :-

(65 - 35) % = (13 - 7) litres
30% = 6 litres

Hence,
6 litres of water must be put
into it so that it 65% full.
