5/12 building constructed in 2 months, leaving 7/12 incomplete.

of that; 3/7 was also completed.

hence, total completed = 5/12 + 3/7*7/12

=5/12+3/12

=2/3 completed.

1/3 remaining = 24 ft. (given)

Hence, complete height = 24*3

=72 ft
