height of the person : 2m           length of the shadow: 6m
height of the building: ? (x)         length of the shadow:432m

                Direct variation ....so cross multiplication

∴  x =   2 ×  432 ÷ 6
       =  144m

therefore the height of the building is 144m

Hope it's useful :)
