Bulb is a non-ohmic resistor i.e, it does not obey ohm's law.But in a bulb as the current varies the temperature of the filament of the bulb also changes resulting in change in the Resistance offered by the bulb. Thus, Ohm's law cannot be proved by using a Bulb in place of a Resistor.
