a bulb is not glowing after completing the circuit!!! give many as possible reasons!!!

The bulb is fused or the voltage is very low or proper current is not provided or the frequency according to the bulb is not provided.

b) The chemical energy in the dry cell or the battery might have been completely used up.
c) The filament of the bulb might have been broken.
D) The wrong terminals would have been joint to wrong terminals of the cell
