I hope you have a Good day

Step-by-step explanation:

If 5 bulbs each 100 W burn 4 hours per day then the total power consumption per day is 100 X 5 X 4 = 2000 W. The unit is 2000/1000 = 2 .The rate per day is 2 x 4.60 = 9.20 . So energy consumption per day is Rs. 9.20.

5 bulbs X 4 hrs X 0.1kWatt/hr X 4.60 rs/kWatt is the cost per day

Using, P = V²R

we get R = V²P

= (200)²100

= 400

Energy consumed = P x t

= 100 x 4

= 400 Wh

= 0.4 kWh

Cost at the rate of 5 paise per unit

= Rs (0.50 x 0.4)

= Rs 2

HOPE IT HELPS
