I = 100/220 = .4545…

R = E/I

R = 220/.454545…

Power = 100 W

potential difference= 200 V

Now,

Power = Potential difference^2 / Resistance

Resistance= Potential difference^2/Power

= (200)^2 / 100

= 40000/100

= 400 ohms.

Now,

Potential difference= Current*Resistance

200 = Current*400

Current = 0.5 Amperes

Energy consumed by 5 bulbs= Power*time

= 5 bulbs * 100 Watts * 4 hours

= 2000 Watts

= 2 kW

= 2 units of electrical energy.
