Hey mate here is your answer.....❤☺❤

This answer is verified✅✅

(a) . Calculation of Resistance

p \:  =  \frac{ {v}^{2} }{r}

Power , P = 40 watts
voltage, V = 200 volts
Resistance, R = ?

40 \:  =  \frac{ {(200)}^{2} }{r}
40r = 40000
r \:  =  \frac{40000}{40}
r \:  = 1000 \: ohms

(b ) Calculation of Electrical Energy consumed.

E = P * t

Power, P = 40 watts
= 40/1000 kilowatt
= 0.04 kilowatt ......(1)
time ,t = 5 hours. .........(2)

so, Energy consumed by 1 bulb = 0.04*5
= 0.2 kWh
and , energy consumed by 5 bulbs = 0.2*5
= 1 kWh
Thus, the total electrical energy consumed is " 1 kWh or 1 units "

(c) Calculation of cost of Electrical Energy .

cost of 1 units of electricity = Rs.5.10

Hope you help........❤☺✌✊☺❤✌✊
