40W = 200V x Current

Current = 40W / 200V

             = 0.2A

Resistance = Voltage / Current

                   = 200V / 0.2A

                   = 1000Ω

Energy Transfer = Power x Time

                           = 40W x 5hrs

                           = 200Whrs

200W = 0.2KW

Cost = 0.2 x 5.10

       = 1.02 Rs.
