Answer :-

E = 15 kwh

Given :-

p = 40 w

= 40/1000

= 0.04 Kw

t = 12.5 h

Number of days = 30

To find :-

The electrical energy consumed.

Solution:-

The electrical energy consumed by bulb is given by :-

\huge \boxed{E = p t n}

where p is power ,t is time and n is number of days.

Put the given values,

 E = \dfrac{4}{100} \times 12.5 \times \30

 E = \dfrac{4}{100}\times 375

 E = \dfrac{1500}{100}

 E = 15 kwh

hence,

The electrical energy consumed by bulb is 15 kwh.
