resistance R=96 ohm

power consumed P= 384 wats

current i= 2 amp

Explanation:

given p= 600 w , V = 240 V

we know P = Vxi , and V= ixR we also say i= V/R

we get P= Vx V/R

now putting values

600 = 240x240 / R

or resistance R = 240x240 / 600

=96 ohm

if voltage dropped to 192

then power P = VxV/R=192x192 / 96

P=384 wats

current i = V/R = 192/96 = 2 amp
